The LINDY CPU Switch Junior OSD is perfect for controlling multiple PCs from one location. If you do not require some of the features of LINDY's higher specification rackmountable switches, the LINDY CPU Switch Junior OSD is right for you.

For small and medium sized installations, the Junior OSD 8 Port gives you extra flexibility.

The Junior OSD has the same level of reliability and compatibility as our other models in the CPU Switch Pro range and also shares some of their advanced features.

Control multiple PCs from a single keyboard, monitor and mouse
SmartBoot feature automatically boots all machines during power up
'Self powered' operation - draws its power from the connected PC
Mixed AT & PS/2 keyboards and PS/2 & RS-232 mice supported as standard (control port supports only PS/2 mice)
Can be cascaded to provide a video switching network
Channel switching by On-Screen Display, front panel button, keyboard hotkey or 3 button mouse
Automatically restores keyboard and mouse states when channel changed
Supports high bandwidth monitors at resolutions up to 1900 x 1440
Supports keyboard modes 1, 2 & 3, mouse prompt and stream modes for maximum compatibility
Supports LINDY mice, Microsoft IntelliMouse, Logitech Firstmouse+, MouseMan+ and other wheel mice
Supports IBM ThinkPad 'Y' cables
Power and activity indication confirm correct operation
Standard cable connections make installation easy and inexpensive
All ports are active simultaneously - the connected PCs may all be booted at the same time
Mouse restoration functions to enable 'hot plugging' of certain systems
Robust metal case ensures good shielding and video quality
Optional power adaptor must be used for 'video only' or cascade applications (Part No. 32290)
Supports RS6000 computers
On-screen menu allows computers to be selected by name
Password security prevents unauthorised use
Optional remote control module for convenient operation
Can be controlled remotely via an RS-232 serial port
Includes screen saver, auto-scan and variable hotkey options
