This premium drive enclosure is the simplest way to add an optical drive (Blu-Ray, DVD or CD) to your computer. It features choice of high speed eSATA, USB and FireWire interfaces for maximum compatibility with a wide variety of PCs and Macs.
- For use with 5.25” CD/DVD/BD SATA drives (not included)
- Connects to an USB 2.0 (480Mbps) port, FireWire 400 (400 Mbps) port** or eSATA (3Gbps) port***

- eSATA port does not support ODD drives

Please note: eSATA port does not work with ODD drives, only compatible USB and FireWire drives

FEATURES & SPECIFICATIONS
** This enclosure uses identical serial numbers installed in the Oxford chipset. Therefore this enclosure can not be daisy chained with each other. However you are able to daisy chain this enclosure by changing the serial numbers using the firmware update and guide above.
*** To use optical drives connected to the computer via eSATA a complete firmware update is required (see above).
