This compact external hard disk enclosure has been designed to perfectly complement the lines of your Mac Mini. And, with its FireWire 400 and USB 2.0 combo interface, it can also be used with any other suitably equipped Mac or PC too. It's compatible with 3.5" IDE/ATA drives and features a fan-free design for quiet operation and an aluminum top cover for heat dissipation.

Please note: You can only make one connection from your computer to the housing via USB or FireWire. You can not connect to both the USB and FireWire ports on the housing at the same time!
